The Safaris of Graham Jones (T.S.O.G.J.) has been offering exceptional Plains Game Safaris since 1989.
From the very beginning, we made a simple promise: to do things Properly, to honor the craft of a well-run safari and never compromise the experience for the sake of merely “ticking boxes.” Nearly 40 years on, that promise still stands.
Graham and Ananda established & settled on their own private game reserve, Kifaru, situated in the picturesque bushveld of South Africa’s Limpopo Province, where they specialize in classic Plains Game Safaris. Kifaru is a traditional tented camp set in idyllic surroundings, overlooking a busy waterhole and framed by manicured lawns and huge acacia trees. The atmosphere evokes the elegant, bygone era of classic East African Safaris and is widely regarded as one of the finest-run camps in Southern Africa.
Over the years, it has become increasingly important to T.S.O.G.J. to offer clients access to larger hunting areas. Expansive concessions support healthier game populations, stronger gene pools, and provide a more challenging and ethical fair-chase experience.
Our hunting areas range from 7,000 to over 100,000 acres, depending on the province and species pursued. The T.S.O.G.J. modus operandi is to hunt on foot, off sticks or a natural rest when available. All concessions maintain stable, self-sustaining herds, with game extensively managed through an annual quota system to ensure long-term conservation and consistently exceptional trophy quality year after year.
T.S.O.G.J. offers over 45 native species of Plains Game, hunted across diverse landscapes—from the bushveld of Limpopo to mountains, forests, savanna grasslands, and the vast Kalahari Desert.
